How your information is handled.

This is a personal photography and filmmaking portfolio. I collect as little as possible: what you send me through the contact form, and anonymous analytics about how the site is used. I don't sell your data, and I don't send marketing emails.

When you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email, what you're creating, an optional timeframe and message. This is used only to reply to your enquiry.

Submissions are recorded in a private Google Sheet and emailed to me. They stay only as long as needed to have our conversation. You can ask me to delete your enquiry at any time.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand, in aggregate, how people find and move through it: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, and general interaction patterns (including anonymised session replays and heatmaps in Clarity).

These tools set cookies and collect usage data. It's used to improve the site, never to identify you personally. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or using a tracker-blocking extension.

A few trusted services help run the site: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare R2 (image delivery), Google (Analytics and Sheets) and Microsoft (Clarity). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

You can decline cookies, ask what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it. Just email enquiry@shantanukhare.com and I'll take care of it.
